Deb has been a member at Oakhurst since 2015 and has served on Finance, Trustees
and Missions committees. She also ran the Church Office for a period of time. She
became a CLM (Certified Lay Minister) soon after joining the church in 2016.
A heart for mission, Deb has been involved in our Cuba mission and returned home to
Oakhurst in January 2025 after 5 years away in Kenya assisting the MCK church in
Nkubu to build/renovate and open a school for children with physical disabilities. Deb is now heading up our Hurricane Relief Hosting program welcoming relief teams that are
coming in to do long term disaster relief.
